Last Legs follows a twenty something man in a quarter life identity crisis, when he finds himself toying with a cigarette beside a woman who’s also looking for a light. Meanwhile, an off-screen façade fades, and a crooked newscaster takes a call with a guilting hospital receptionist who, herself, might need some soul-searching. Inherently and unknowingly bonded by their struggles, the film parallels 4 characters whose worlds will soon collide, forcing them to readdress what they had previously been consumed by.
The 4 parallel story lines propose the inevitability of personal struggle. This film hopes to postulate a connection with others, and console us in the fact that we are not alone, even when in solitude.
